Step one is to perfect your milk steaming to achieve microfoam milk, ideal for latte art, consistently. Next we’ll break down each component of free pouring, practising techniques and learning how the 3 key patterns – heart, tulip and rosetta - are made.
As you go, we'll identify the small but crucial steps to achieving excellent latte art, leaving with professional techniques to practise and perfect your new skill. This hands-on course is a great complement to our Home Barista or SCA Barista Skills Foundation courses.
